The Clarence City Band (CCB) was formed as an initiative of the Clarence City Council in August 1988, following a feasibility study carried out by Neil Turnbull.
The Band is administered by a volunteer management committee, which is a sub-committee of Council established under the Local Government Act 1993.
The Clarence City Band has two Music Directors, a Music Director and an Assistant Music Director. The Music Directors are supported by a number of ensemble leaders.
All members of the Clarence City Band abide by the Band’s Code of Conduct.
